3D imaging of single carbon-13 nuclei with sub-Angstrom resolution

Two papers published in the Physical Review Letters and in Nature Communications

The two papers describe precise methods for three-dimensional mapping of single carbon-13 atoms in diamond. Both experiments rely on a high-bandwidth microcoil developed in our laboratory, and achieve sufficient spatial precision (about 0.2 Angstrom) to identify the atomic site in the diamond lattice.
